Under this role of Customer Project Office Leader, you will be in charge of the different KPI monitoring for the Zone Execution Center, across both Selling and Execution phases for Mexico and Central America to achieve business performance.

Activities

Data analysis for Project and Opportunity Portfolio based on CPP Process

Monitoring and communication of KPIs for Selling Stage

Monitoring and communication of KPIs for project Execution

Monitoring internal KPIs for Contract Administration

Dashboards creation and maintenance for KPIs following Up

Gross Margin following up and deviations

Creation of Variation Orders Reports

Maintenance of Project Execution Tools (Example: Aconex, SGV & Project repositories)

Backlog Following Up

Participation in Revenue Recognition Forecast for the Zone Execution Center

Develop Executive Summaries

Qualifications

This position requires the use of the following tools:
  • Excel (intermediate / advanced)
  • SAP
  • Tableau
  • Aconex (preferable, not essential)
  • SGV (preferable, not essential)
  • bFO (reports & Dashboard creation)
