Responsible for the function of methods and maintenance in an entity. Areas of specialization: SPS, process design, ergonomics, capacity, simulation tools, investment, cost analysis, performance, etc...).
Hierarchical responsibilities with associated people management and budget responsibility. Strongly
contributing to leading actions for continuous improvement of the site. This job code can be used for supply chain performance roles.
Responsibilities
1. Analyze and approve the evolution of any product
2. Implements and maintains engineering procedures to manage product evolutions.
3. Leader in the local Product Safety Committee.
4. Encourage product improvements and cost reduction projects.
5. Liaison with other departments such as Development, Finance and Operations.
Leading and managing the manufacturing operations in the Reynosa plant to ensure production targets are met while maintaining high quality standards.
Developing and implementing strategies to optimize manufacturing processes, improve efficiency, and reduce costs.
Overseeing the implementation of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineering, supply chain, and quality to drive operational excellence.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Leading and developing a high-performing manufacturing team.
Monitoring key performance indicators and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, industrial management, or a related field.
- Significant experience in manufacturing operations, preferably in a managerial or leadership role.
- Strong understanding of lean manufacturing principles, process optimization, and quality management systems.
- Proven track record of driving operational efficiency, implementing process improvements, and meeting production targets.
- Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations within a manufacturing setting.
- Familiarity with relevant manufacturing technologies and systems.
