We are looking for a proactive person, eager to learn and to join us in our daily challenges within the team. The intern will be part of the Quality Assurance team for 4-8 months at the Brossard plant, starting as soon as possible.

What will you do?

• Ensure the qualification and evaluation of our suppliers (PPEP)
• Develop control plans at reception and put them in place
• Identify opportunities for improvement and make the necessary corrections to reduce the costs of non-quality
• Participate in the resolution of corrective action requests and product failures
• Perform line audits and internal audits in collaboration with QA engineers
• Analyze and manage the treatment of non-conformities reported in SIM2
• Set up action plans aimed at eliminating recurring non-conformities
• Implement corrective and preventive actions following customer complaints
• Participate in 8D analyzes
• Manage controlled documentation
• Other related tasks as needed

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Have completed 4 or more sessions in a university program in industrial engineering, electrical engineering or mechanical engineering.
• Dynamic, proactive, flexible, eager to learn
• Autonomous on the tasks and activities entrusted
• Good understanding of quality tools and methodologies 8D, 5Why, 5S, PFMEA
• Must be familiar with ISO9001 normes
• Functional knowledge of French and English to facilitate collaboration with our teams, clients and stakeholders at the provincial and international levels
