Technical Leader
Position Overview:
As a Technical Lead, you will play a crucial role in understanding and building technical solutions based on the project need and building an innovative culture. Your responsibilities will include but not limited to - overseeing the entire product development lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless progress. This role demands a strong understanding of software (Windows standalone, thick client based etc..), IT Infrastructure technologies, and system integration coupled with leadership skills to guide the team technically towards successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide overall technical leadership for projects and its infrastructure.
• Guide the team in defining technical strategies that are align with project goals, business objectives and industry standards.
• Ensure that the design adheres to industry best practices, standards, and scalability requirements.
• Lead and participate in the developing the technical concept by collecting the inputs from the stakeholder.
Architecture:
• Understand the existing project architecture and find ways to simplify it.
• Collaborate with specialized teams to define technical specifications and requirements.
System Integration:
• Ensure seamless integration of software and infrastructure components, and potentially other technical elements.
• Collaborate with integration teams to address challenges and optimize system performance.
• Monitoring the server, data base and other systems for ensuring business continuity.
Documentation:
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system architecture, design specifications, and integration guidelines.
• Ensure documentation is up to date and accessible for the entire project members.
Troubleshooting & Technical Support:
• Investigate and implement solutions to address technical challenges.
• Update of servers, database, security patches and other relevant updates to meet the necessary standards defined time to time.
• Help the technical support team in case of critical issues.
• Ensure the business continuity by overseeing the issues or limitations.
Collaboration:
• Collaborate with Product Owner to define project priorities, timelines, objectives, and deliverables.

Qualifications

Qualification:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 6 -8 years of proven experience in software development and technical leadership role.
• Strong expertise in software development life cycle, Languages and Frameworks like, C#, .NET, Entity, HTML
• Knowledge on SQL Server, API (REST), etc.
• Client Sever based application knowledge.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge on UAT / Pre-Production / Production environments.
• Knowledge on Licensing, Authentication, Cyber Security related topics.
• Knowledge on agile methodologies.
• Knowledge on Azure DevOps.
