The Country Secure Power Sales Director will be responsible for establishing and increasing the Schneider Electric ' s share of wallet and revenue within specific Key Accounts & IT Channel . The primary objective is to Lead the Team, Develop the People as also to develop Cross Division/Channel/Segment systemic connections in order to saturate all Channels (IT & non-IT) & Key End Users. Besides to this, the secondary objective is to act as a Thought Leader within the IT/SP Industry and influence towards the direction to influence and convince the market stakeholders that Schneider Electric is the Trusted Advisor & the best Energy Management Partner for any Mission Critical Application.

What will you do?
  • Lead and Develop the Secure Power Team
  • Drive and Deliver SP Country P&L
  • Act as Thought Leader within SP/IT Industry
  • Increase EEI (Employee Engagement Index) & CNPS (Customer Net Promoter Score)
  • Maintain, develop and leverage relationships with CXO, IT manager, facility manager and other key decision maker or influencers within the Market
  • Develop a long term Segment and Channels (IT & Non-IT) S trategy
  • Deploy all needed Schneider Electric Secure Power and other internal resources to maximize Future Growth
  • Rigorously use reporting tools (e.g. Salesforce, Oracle, ...) as the source and archive for all data, actions, commitments, and tracking of business
  • Follow up and Maintain all related Processes (Rolling Forecast, Sales Evolution, Business Reviews, Country Pipeline, People Review etc)
  • Feedback information on competition to increase our competitiveness
What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Degree in Business / Technical / IT with more than 15 years of Sales experience (preferably in IT Market)
  • Experience on Secure Power Product & Services Portfolio is considered as a plus
  • Networking - build and sustain an active network of both customer and internal contacts to understand business processes and opportunities. Identify key decision makers, create and build relationshi
  • Drive for Results - strong will to compete and win and achieve in business environment
  • Know How to Lead on Matrix Organization
  • Passion for Transformation & Change Management
