What will you do?

At Schneider Electric we are looking for a professional in the Sales area to join the DIY (Do it yourself) team (large stores and DIY) with the main challenge of developing the sale of solutions for home renovation through the department store channel.

Main Responsibilities:

• Commercial/sales responsibility Portugal Market
• Commercial/sales attention, support and training to the POS ( points of sales, electricity sector.) Monthly visits to the POS.
• Responsibility for sales results, deployment of POS promotions, negotiation of store spaces and adhoc promotions.
• Coordinate the deployment of the channel strategy with the DIY Category Manager and the DIY commercial team.
• Development of basket sales of residential-small tertiary products; Wiser connected offer, electric vehicle and low voltage offer and mechanisms.
• Detection of opportunities and positioning of the competition in the POS.
• Availability to travel to cover the POs.

Technical competencies:

• Electrical or electrician technical knowledge
• Commercial experience, desirable in the DIY channel or electrical distribution channel.
• Communication skills and commercial negotiation skills.
• Digital Mindset and Data Driven.
• Teamwork
