We are a looking for a Global Category Manager - PCBA to make an impact! In this role, you will define and execute a purchasing category strategy focused around value add generation in terms of cost out productivity, quality, service, among others. You will be responsible in managing supplier relationship with one global supplier in the category. You will be responsible on the Negotiation / Business Review / Executive review / Escalations etc for the said mentioned category. You will build the roadmap with the supplier to drive best in class performance (quality, supply chain, cost, sustainability etc) and contribute to the development and deployment of the global cost models to drive cost optimization.

What will you do?

• Accountable for the performance of the supplier: supply chain, quality, cost, etc
• Hold Quarterly Business Review (QBR) with the supplier and prepare the Executive Business Review (EBR).
• Lead the negotiation with the supplier to achieve SCHNEIDER productivity targets.
• Track the Performance for the suppliers in their respective geographic zone (Quality, Service, Productivity, innovation, ...) and build Annual Procurement Operation Plan (APOP) for the category with Region team.
• Animate the network of supplier leaders of different sites and EMS operation team for the EMS commodity to achieve excellence of performance.
• Involved and support NPI projects with the supplier and to build business road map with the supplier.
• Accountable for the cost model with the supplier to achieve competitiveness for Schneider.

What qualifications will make you successful?

• Bachelor' s degree in Engineering or Business, Masters is a plus
• Advanced English level required.
• Senior procurement individual with a strong technical background, with 10+ years of experience in Electronics & Electrical procurement. 5+ years in Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) background or experience is preferred.
• Ability to interact and negotiate with key suppliers and Schneider executives on key contracts and services, negotiation skills in a complex and moving environment.
• Ability to work in multicultural and cross functional mode, strong in both operational and strategical.
• Skills, ability to deliver on time, work in project mode, meet deadlines, push decisions.
• Open minded & results oriented.
• Solid analytic skill
• Remote management & communication (written - ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner internally as well as externally).
