Responsibilities:

Lead a team of engineers working in an Agile scrum team to develop software tool used to configure various industrial devices like meters, circuit breakers etc.

Analyze customer requirements and come up with software design

Participate in project estimation and planning

Work with development team to ensure that they understand the vision for the product and are inspired and motivated to deliver innovative and exciting solutions with an appropriate sense of urgency

Contribute to ensuring high-quality code through following best practices and design patterns

Design and write automated unit, integration and acceptance tests

Be a flexible team member, willing to work on what the agile team needs to achieve its collective goals

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor's of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication or Computer Science or equivalent

Should have around 8 to 12 years of experience in developing software products in the Industrial / Automotive / Telecommunication domains

Mandatory Skills:

Should have experience in full stack development with both front end and backend knowledge

Should have good expertise in .NET Core, C#

Should have experience in Node JS

Should have experience in Angular 8 and above

Should have experience in Entity Framework / SQL

Should have experience in HMTL, CSS, Java script , Typescript

Should have experience in Web sockets and Rebus

Should have good expertise of OOPS and Design Patterns

Should have good debugging skills

Should have critical and lateral thinking ability

Should have proven experience working with developers, product owners, and application engineers in a SAFe / Agile framework

Should have demonstrated ability to articulate and justify software design to stakeholders

Desirable Skills:

Knowledge of protocols like Modbus, BACnet or other protocols used in Industrial Automation or Automotive or Telecommunication domains would be a definite plus

Good interpersonal skills with written and spoken English. Must be able to communicate clearly within the team and with external stakeholders

Good leadership to convince and negotiate right solution within the team and business stakeholders

Good analytical and problem-solving skills
