JOB TITLE: Engineer I- Commissioning-Controls
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Minimum experience of 8-10 years in Automation & Controls in Oil & Gas, Refinery, Petrochemical or Chemical Industries.
- Must have handled Various DCS Control Systems like Honeywell Experion/Yokogawa Centum VP/Foxboro or ABB and IPS systems like Honeywell Safety Manager/Yokogawa Prosafe RS/ Triconex systems etc., PLC systems like Allen Bradley or SIEMENS Simatic S7 etc., Experience on Machnine Monitoring system, Fire & Gas systems, Governor Speed Control system etc.,
- Must Have experience in participating in FAT of DCS, IPS & FGS systems.
- Must Have experience in performing independently SAT & ISAT of DCS, IPS & FGS.
- Must Have experience of supervising/supporting Loop checking with a greater number of Loop checking teams.
- Must have experience in performing Dry Function and Wet function testing.
- Must have experience in the Controller Loop tuning or handling the Controller loop tuning Software.
- Should be able to trouble shooting Control systems problems/ Diagnostic support
- Must have computer skills in handling the Microsoft Excel, word, power point etc.,
- PTW (Permit to work) experience.
- HSE awareness is required.
ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:
- Minimum Degree in Instrumentation or Electronics or Automation or Electrical Engineering. Added advantage if acquired additional certificate course in Control Engineering or any Automation application Software like Honeywell Experion/ Tristation.
