Candidate Profile

Analyze environment and propose the strategy per activity

• Define the strategy for his activities and assist the affiliates to build their budget, consolidate the figures at AMPO level

• Define the offers, product range, price policy, norms, marketing tools in collaboration with car care business line and affiliates

• Assist the SFS Development Manager to analyze the environment and market in order to identify opportunities and threats

• Ensure the collaboration with the Lubricants Team to optimize wash and Lub sales with a global vision of retail and standalone

• Manage the regional wash and car care suppliers contract in conjunction with regional purchasing, TGP and the global car care business line and optimize Cost Of Goods, supply chain and operational procedures for production and delivery to affiliates

Support affiliates on operations and strategy implementation

• Define a target margin level for product categories and follow its evolution and consolidate it at the APMO level

• Assess the relevance of SFS assumptions in the network investment files and validate the implementation of the concepts

• Run post- investment analysis for each new SFS concept (bays / wash) in collaboration with NMRL and affiliates teams

• Ensure the implementation of the basics checklists and guidelines for bays and wash (HSE, operations, maintenance, controls)

• Define and ensure implementation of lub and Car Care product (CCP) planograms

• Implement international and local partnerships

• Negotiate with the affiliates the contracts with the suppliers for each CCP lines of products

• Support the affiliates to elaborate their annual promotional planning and follow up the results

• Gather the best practices of the affiliates and share them at the region level regularly

• Elaborate training contents and share his expertise, in collaboration with HR APMO

• Manage the existing wash business in Singapore

Ensure and analyze performance follow-up

• Organize quarterly SFS Business review with the Retail Manager and SFS team (KPI, prices policy, performances, action plan...)

• Analyze and benchmark SFS performance of his activities, recommend action plans

• Organize with Lubs team the follow up of CCP sales and growth with a global vision of the zone

• Monitor the achievement of the objectives
• Monitor with regional customer service team (Tuas) and Lubs pricing team affiliates' car care sales orders and optimize Singapore Hub stock flows

Activities

• Commercial MBA / Business School graduate. Minimum 6-year experience in Lubricants or Retail.

• International cultural adjustment ability

• Autonomous, open-minded, analysis capacities, rigorous, system and customers-oriented.

• Fluent in English is mandatory
• Good knowledge of Company procedures, standards and norms.

Context & Environment

Very different economic and competitive environment depending on the affiliates with different maturity and size depending of the affiliates. Heterogeneous services offers (car or bike, Manual or automatic wash, ...) to be adapted depending of the context and market. Regional role implying regular exchanges with the affiliates, the head office, the EV and lubricants teams. Retail and SFS activities remain a strong strategic asset for MS branch and contribute to its overall profitability.
