Candidate Profile

  • Master's degree (5 years higher education) from a top engineering school or university specializing in chemical engineering, general engineering or petroleum engineering.
  • Minimum 5 years of successful experience in industry, in engineering or with a licensor, in an international context.
  • Generalist experience in process engineering or in one of the following fields: flow assurance, gas purification, LNG or biofuels.
  • Demonstrating good communication and adaptation skills.
  • Showing excellent analytical and synthesis skills.
  • International mobility including missions and international assignments.
  • Fluent English is mandatory.
  • Basic knowledge of French is a plus.

Activities

We are recruiting Process Engineers W/M to work on large international projects.

The Process Engineer is responsible for Process studies in the development and execution phases of projects, in line with technical and business expectations. He/she also provides technical support to sites to optimize plant operation in line with the Company's operational excellence requirements.

Your main missions include:

  • Carrying out process studies, from the conceptual phase through to the pre-project phase of the development process, on all types of industrial assets and for all types of units.
  • Developing and continuously updating process deliverables for Plant design, modeling, and optimization based on data provided by other disciplines or licensors.
  • Using process sizing tools, participating in technical reviews, and providing consolidated technical recommendations in his discipline.
  • Managing and controlling process engineering activities, in compliance with HSE requirements and international standards.
  • Contributing to improving site operational performance and industrial safety.
  • Selecting appropriate technologies and equipment, drafting technical specifications.
  • Participating in the commissioning and start-up of installations, drafting start-up and shutdown procedures, verifying performance, and providing technical assistance to sites.
