Candidate Profile

• Master's degree (5 years' higher education) from a top generalist engineering school or university with successful experience in the industrial field in project management, engineering, project control and planning, construction monitoring.
• Minimum 5 years of successful experience in the industrial field in an international context.
• Good oral and written communication and synthesis skills.
• Ability to convince and gain adherence to decisions made by management.
• Organized and dynamic; demonstrate openness and listening skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate teams to achieve set objectives.
• International assignment mobility required to follow various project phases (studies, engineering, construction, execution).
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Basic knowledge of French is a plus

Activities

We are recruiting Industrial experienced Project Engineers W/M to work on large-scale international projects, with expertise in: Management of industrial projects, package management, engineering, construction or installation monitoring, project control (cost/planning), superintendent, HSEQ.

Your main missions include:

• Implementing the project in compliance with the specifications and applicable regulations (sustainable development, environmental, societal, health and safety).
• Structuring the progress of the project (methodology, organization).
• Assessing the budget and resources required to complete the project.
• Drawing up the specifications needed to carry out the project.
• Ensuring the safety of the goods and people involved in the project.
• Managing risks and uncertaintie.
• Monitoring the progress of the project and the associated budget using appropriate indicators.
• Managing internal and external interfaces.
• Managing the HR/team coordination aspect (mobilisation/demobilisation).
• Coordinating and supervise the various parties involved.
• Managing relations with partners.
• Producing reports.
• Preparing the transfer to operations, including commissioning or not.
