The main function of this position is to perform preventivemaintenance and provide technical support or basic troubleshooting to Honeywellcustomers. These customers will havevarious products installed that fall into the - HVAC, automation controls, lifesafety, fire, and security systems categories as well as their associatedcomputer systems. The goal is to ensuresystem up-time and efficiency.

The salary for this position is $36,000 - $54,000. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform tests on equipment and escalate issues found accordingly
• Verify system functionality and report out accordingly
• Promote, build, and maintain good customer relationships while keeping supervisor informed of system status and actual/potential customer issues
• Complete required documentation for work performed or other contractual obligations
• Proper use of safety personal protection equipment
• Security and other clearances as required by customer

YOU MUST HAVE

• High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• 6+ month of related experience or school equivalent.
