ABOUT THE ROLE
The ISC Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and managingthe Remanufacturing/Repair & Overhaul team (30-40 employees). This rolewill report directly to the Director ISC Operations and will work onsite at thePhoenix, AZ location. You will leverage your manufacturing experience andskills to lead some of the world's most talented production employees. As wellas, use your leadership abilities to contribute to driving safety,productivity, and exceptional quality in one of Honeywell Aerospace productionfacilities. Through collaboration with cross functional teams, you willprioritize team workload and drive continuous improvement. As a teamsupervisor, you will coach your team members in technical and behavioralcompetencies to deliver high-impact business results.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead plant maintenance program
• Directly supervise production operators
• Focus on mechanical, analytical, disassembling/reassembling and test hardware
• Drive productivity improvements
• Enforce compliance
• Drive culture of continuous improvement
• Employee Development
• Resource management in dynamic environment
• Talent management
• Review quality output and coach team improvements
• Collaborate with customers and cross functional teams
• This is an onsite role
• Shift: M-F 5:30-2p AZ

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS
Due to compliance with U.S. export control laws and regulations, candidate mustbe a U.S. Person, which is defined as, a U.S. citizen, a U.S. permanentresident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status.

MUST HAVE

• 2+ years of leadership experience, ie Lead, Supervisor, Manager
• 2+ years of project planning experience
• Proficient in MS Office (Excel-Intermediate: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, filters)
• High School Diploma or GED

WE VALUE

• Experience with Aviation Engines or Auxiliary Power Units
• Some relevant manufacturing experience (Aerospace/repair and overhaul)
• Experience generating line of balance and capacity model/analysis
• Ability to troubleshoot processes and equipment
• Conveys information with clarity and directness
• Willingness to consistently take the initiative to get things done
• Efficient with SAP software
• Repair Maintenance Certification
• Aviation Maintenance Professional Certification
• Associate's degree
