We are currently seeking a Senior Security Technician to join our HBS QLD team at our client site in Arriga, Queensland.

Key Responsibilities:

- Take charge of service of the customer site with a focus on maintaining CCTV systems and associated field equipment.

- Maintain high level hardware/software and network assets including network switches, routers, time servers, servers, RAID systems, Workstations, EBI, DVM, VMD, Biometrics, Intercoms, Cameras, NVR's, DAR's, DVR's, Access Control & Perimeter Detection Systems

- Maximise customer satisfaction and minimise customer site downtime by providing exceptional technical support.

- Be available for 24/7 On call roster.

Key Experience and Capabilities:

- Trade background in Security/ CCTV or equivalent experience

- Industry experience with installation, maintenance, fault investigations

- High understanding ICT & Network Communication skills.

- High understanding of Servers, RAID's and PC's.

- Good communication skills both written and verbal.

- High standard of work.

- Good documentation and record keeping skills.

- High focus on all aspects of OHS.
