We are currently seeking a Automation Engineer to join our Chonburi Manufacturing. Reporting to the Senior Maintenance Engineer, your focus will be covering the end-to-end Automation Engineering process and work closely with Maintenance Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install and set standard equipment configurations.

• Upgrade equipment and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

• Implement solutions to enhance equipment uptime.

• Analyze equipment performance and reliability.

• Offer robust technical support.

• Develop preventative maintenance schedules.

• Maintain accurate equipment records.

Must Have:

• A bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering.

• 3 years direct experienced in industrial automation fields from Electronics Manufacturing.

• Proficiency in PLC & HMI programming, including Omron, Mitsubishi, or Keyence.

• Expertise in Robot programming, particularly with SCARA or Collaborative Robot types is a must.

We Value:

• Familiarity with machine vision systems.

• Knowledge of SCARA robotic brands such as Yamaha and Fanuc.

• Relevant experience in manufacturing or engineering.

• Strong understanding of industry standards and specifications.

• Ability to prioritize and identify key details effectively.

• Adherence to guidelines to ensure task efficiency.

• Application of basic maintenance engineering techniques to optimize manufacturing processes.

• Self-motivation and ability to work autonomously.

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification is advantage.

• Good communication, both verbal and written (English).
