Job Description :

• Leads the systems engineering activities to meet the schedule, quality and technical objectives with common solutions and roadmap for features and certification considerations of meeting DO-178B/C and/or ARP-4754A objectives

• Thorough experience in FCI development and should have experience as an FCI owner/Systems focal across programs

• Thorough understanding of the SCR/CR and JIRA process and life cycle

• Define and develop system requirements. Perform system level checkout. Experience in MOPS execution

• Good Understanding on cockpit level Systems

• Defines and Manages Measure of Effectiveness & Measure of Performance for the system

• Thorough expertise in any FMS functionality and has strong working experience in ATR programs

• Integrates system technical parameters and assure compatibility of all physical, functional and program interfaces for the system

• Trouble shoots current systems interfaces and performance problems

• Leads, plans and coordinates engineering review activities associated with System Requirement Review, Preliminary Design Review and Critical Design Review milestones

• Thorough understanding in Certification related activities including documentation

• Engages in planning & estimation of future engineering concepts for the relevant domain/product lines.

• Responsible for projection / utilization of capital assets / infrastructure and for the efficient maintenance, management, utilization of labs.

• Thorough understanding on EPIC benches. Should be able to debug the issues on the bench.

• Experience in working with OEMs/Customers

• Experience in resolving in-field/in-service issues

• Demonstrates excellent leadership and communication skills.

• Demonstrates ability to mentor, coach and guide the technical teams during critical technical phases of project.

• Enables successful program execution through active technical planning, scope management, risk management and mitigation

• Thorough understanding of the SPL architecture, Design patterns.

• Demonstrates Design thinking with Adaptability to put the vision into effect.

• Basic understanding on the latest technologies UAM, AI/ML, 5G, Blockchain, Simulation, Digital Twin , BOTS, Multi Modal Interface, Edge.

• Basic understanding on the Devops and build process.

Job Qualification :

• Bachelors or higher Degree in Engineering or Technology

• At least 10 + years of experience in system /software design, architecture and development of avionics products and application

• Preferable having experience in FMS product / lifecycle processes

• Experience in DO178B/C and ARP4754-A certification.

• Experience in all tools in NGFMS/EPIC programs
