Job Location - Mysuru
Primary Responsibilities:
Deployment of ATE's at Contract Manufacturer site:
• Training on ATE Systems at Honeywell site.
• Pre-Deployment Check of ATE's
• Pre-Requisite check at CM site
• Installation and commissioning
• Initial validation & acceptance runs with installed ATE.
• Train CM technicians on ATE Operations/maintenance.
Day to day activities:
• Total Preventive Maintenance (TPM) review for ATE Stations
• Address ATE related failure issues in production line (Debugging, fault analysis, Co-ordination with Honeywell Engg team)
• Maintain daily MOS for ATE repair/ maintenance.
Skill Set:
• Experienced in ATEs (Automated Test Equipment), Interface Test Adapter/Cable harness design build and integration experience.; includes mechanical and electrical.
• Experienced in functional testing of an electronic product.
• Ability to understand schematics, assembly drawings and PBA layouts ang signal flow interpretations.
• Good knowledge of Instruments and their usage (Measuring & Sourcing instruments)
• Good understanding of Electronic Components, connectors, switching methods and ITA design.
• Proven practical experience in the analysis/troubleshooting of the Test Equipment & Test software.
• Should be able to resolve the problem on his own, with very limited support.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• Added Skills: C, LabVIEW or LabWindows/CVI programming.
Qualification:
Should hold a bachelor's degree in electrical and Electronic Engineering or an appropriate discipline and have expertise and experience in test engineering.
Should have 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience.
