The aim of thisposition: build up strong capability of Emulsion application in Li-Battery and packagingdownstream.

Job description:
Ensure the R&D design incorporate into flow of downstreamapplication and technical market developments and related trends.
Build up lab capability of application evaluation inLi-Battery.
Guide product design team on formulation and processoptimization and guide customer by value proposition.
Collect information of competitors, end users andindustries, monitor competitors' activities and make analysis/proposals forcounteraction.
Problem solving for customers.
Regularly contact with global / local commercial andtechnical team on project development and support activities
Well Cross-functions communications on projects
Identify new customers and applications for Honeywellproducts.
Together with marketing team on marketing activities andcustomer VOCs , Identify customer pains and needsQualifications:
Master degree or above in electrochemistry, polymer, organicchemistry, applied chemistry or related.
Minimum 3 years of industry solid experience in Li-battery development,especially on electrode / current collector development. Be very familiar with batterymaking process from carbon-coated to battery, key performance evaluation and manufacturingequipment, failure mold etc.
Strong knowledge of raw material correlation with batteryperformance and making process.
Food packaging application experience is a value added.
