We have an opportunity for an Proposal BMS HVAC Engineer to join our HBT team in Bucharest.

Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) is astrategic business unit in Honeywell. HBS installs and maintains the systems tohelp keep buildings and facilities safe, secure, comfortable andcost-efficient, and is a leading providing of energy efficiency solutionsworldwide. HBS specializes in the service of critical building systems, includingheating, ventilation and air conditioning, building automation, fire, securityand energy management.

HBS currently has an exciting opportunity for an Estimator role within Proposals and Estimation Centre of Excellence forEurope, who will be responsible for design technical solutions and generatecommercial proposals for install projects and service. The candidate will work ina team to address the customer needs and technical requirements for ultimatelyproviding an accurate cost of the solution. This position will partner with operationsteam, vendors, customers, sales, contractors, supply team to support the bidteam delivering professional estimates, in line with customer and businessobjectives.

Estimator responsibilities:

• Develop solution designs and cost-effective proposals,identify and analyze risk
• Prepare accurate and timely estimates which include scope of work, materialand associate labor and services
• Obtain and validate vendor quotes for supplies and sub-contracted work. Assistin finding potential strategic partners
• Provides recommendations of alternative solutions
• Supports sales professionals, bid managers and customers during the technicalrequirement definition and solution development

Qualifications:

You Must Have:

• At least 3 years professional experience in Electrical low voltage or HVAC Mechanical
• Technical degree in Buildings Installations, Energy, Electrical,Electronics or related
• Fluent in English

• Any of technical solution design, installation, proposals forthe Buildings industry or related
• Conversational level for other language
• Communication skills
