Job title: Senior Finance Analyst - FP&A
Location: Dublin (This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.)
Join a team of commercial finance professionals to support finance decisions within one of Honeywell businesses. You will play a key part to support financial landscape, speed, quality and cost efficiency via budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and reporting. You will have an important role in managing financial performance and implementing finance strategies to achieve committed business performance. You will support Honeywell business leaders and drive finance initiatives and decisions. You will also play important part to identify trends and developments in competitive environments and support the management outcome decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Coordination of SRO Forecasting and Budgeting Process for HCI EMEA region with the Regional Business Leaders, ensuring the quality and integrity of the process
• Support the Month End Close Process for EMEA region (identifying adjustments required and preparing Flash updates throughout the close process)
• Reporting and in-depth analysis of periodical financials (P&L, B/S, etc.) including variance and root cause analysis vs AOP/ PY/ SRO
• Help develop, deliver, and provide analytics for all periodical managerial reporting for HCI EMEA region.
• Anticipates business needs and develops analytical data to support decision making and delivery of the AOP by the business
• Demonstrates the ability to establish forecasts and communicate to the business units and program owners
• Provides proactive support in Burden rate development, variance analysis, and/or funding requirements
• Identify, Analyse and resolve accounting and operational problems and communicate to management in a timely manner.
• Track key metrics and drive the team on meeting and improving KPI's.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements which include driving process improvement projects
• Exposure to Pole Business with ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees.
• Helps ensure a sound internal control environment exists
• Manages multiple ad hoc requests in a timely manner
Key requirements:
• Experience in working with a multinational business MME T/O company
• Solid experience in FP&A with strong analytical, modelling, and technical skills with high attention to detail
• Finance, Accountancy, Commerce or equivalent degree; ACCA ,CIMA, CPA or equivalent qualified is an added advantage
• Experience in working on Short Range Outlook (SRO), Plan, Outlook and Estimate process
• Good Knowledge of ERP systems like SAP, Essbase, Business Objects and Hyperion Financial Management (FDS) and should have flexibility to adapt to different ERPs/Reporting tools
