JOB DESCRIPTION

As an AM Administrator, General Support you will be an integral member of the AM Administration team.

You will provide critical administrative support to cross functional teams within NOV as and when required along with everyday tasks.

Your proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook will be critical to this role as will your ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers of NOV.

RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITY & AUTHORITY:

  • Reception duties:
    • Provide timely responses to queries or requests
    • Greet visitors, provide information and safety introduction
    • Sort outward post including DHL packages and incoming post for distribution.
    • Maintain sign-in/sign-out procedures and announce visitors to company employee
  • Executive support
  • Timekeeping maintenance - check, verify & correct
  • Organize and arrange travel related tasks - visa handling/coordinating, travel arrangements, travel expense
  • Travel documentation follow up (e.g., passport, visas etc.) and ensure renewals are completed in a timely manner.
  • Maintain and order office supplies for NOV Kuwait office
  • Assist with filing documents onto Rig Office (DMS)
  • Process Purchase Requisitions
  • Admin backup support and carry out any other relevant duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCTION/NO. OF YEARS OF EXPERIENCE):

  • High school diploma and 0-2 years experience
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Desirable: understanding of office management processes
