Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and/or tertiary level technical/engineering and/or operations qualification
- 5-7+ years Sales/Management experience across Industrial, Commercial, Residential utility markets
- Experience working with direct and indirect channels sales route
- Lead by influence with strong experience with corporate or internal sell
- Strong business developer which includes cold calls
- Understand the utility metering & billing market
- Enterprise level customer relationship and development skills
- Ability to execute strategies promptly and effectively with direct improvement to the business
- Well-developed business analysis skills including opportunity and risk assessment
- Successful sales record.
- Technical understanding on applications and product knowledge of relevant products, sufficient to allow the production of clear and concise proposals.
- Proven business acumen & Excellent presentation skills
- Advanced communication skills, both verbal & written
- Excellent negotiation skills to convince others from both within and outside the organization to reach agreement to accept complete proposals and programs, for which both parties have common desire to reach solution
