Candidate Profile

• You are a seasoned Customer Relationship Manager with a proven track record in bringing outstanding value to B2C and B2B customers;
• You are experienced in Marketing Automation involving Adobe or SAP resources with a high degree of autonomy;
• You combine strong analytical skills with a creative mind to bring a solid vision and fresh ideas into our business strategy and our customer experience;
• You are used to work various stakeholders (Internal, Marketing, Sales, Subsidiaries) to get the best out of our internal and TotalEnergies organization;
• Languages: Dutch native speaker - good knowledge of French and English.

TotalEnergies is praised for its top-notch quality service to customers. Marketing-wise, Customer Relationship Management is meant to play a much bigger role into our organization. We are looking for an experienced collaborate to leverage our assets within our owned media and to pave the future of our CRM.

• You lead the roadmap of initiatives into our owned media (mails and newsletter) to help our customers to get the best of their energy consumption and ease their personal energy transition. You will then manage the content development and its implementation with the help of our Brand Content Manager;
• You conceptualize and implement the pillars of our customer relationship program to increase our revenue per customer. You will then define, manage, and implement value management scenarios in accordance with our marketing and business objectives;
• You create a strong partnership with other CRM managers across TotalEnergies subsidiaries to provide our and their customers with additional value and services.
