The Commercial organization works to effectively leverage assets and market knowledge to create additional value within the risk parameters of the Company. We do this by maximizing general interest profitability, enhancing return on capital employed by successfully partnering with the Refining, Transportation and Marketing functions to ensure Value Chain Integration. Our truck and rail fleets support our feedstock and distribution operations. Rail movements are provided via a fleet of more than 10,000 owned and leased rail cars. Truck movements are provided through numerous third-party trucking companies, as well as through our 100 percent-owned subsidiary, Sentinel Transportation LLC.

Responsibilities May Include:
- Monitor, track, and report inventory levels for both feedstocks and products at Rodeo Complex and other renewable fuels terminals, ensuring that they operate at optimum operational levels.
- Aggregate and analyze total inventory levels by product and credit type to identify trends, shortages, or surplus.
- Optimize company-wide credit generation - RINs, IRA (BTC/PTC), State programs (LCFS / SAF Credits), and Scope 1/3 emissions premiums.
- Day-to-day decision maker on how to assign renewable fuels production across the renewable programs, working with Commercial and Marketing on the placement optimization.
- Collaborate with Trading, Regulatory, Marketing, Refineries, and Logistics teams to forecast future inventory needs based on demand patterns, credit values and business growth.
- Facilitate understanding of actions needed to meet inventory targets, the price implications of changing inventory levels and incorporating a market price view into our inventory management decisions.
- Prepare and present detailed inventory reports for management, showcasing current levels, trends, and forecasts.
- Identify and implement best practices and innovative solutions for inventory management and optimization.
- Coordinate operational and regulatory documentation between suppliers, customers and P66.
Required Qualifications:
- Legally authorized to work in the job posting country.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain Management, or relevant field.
- 5 or more years of experience in Commercial, Refining, Midstream, or Marketing.
