Asa Sr Pricing Manager here at Honeywell's Productivity Solutions and Services(PSS) business, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricingstrategies to optimize profitability and drive business growth. You will analyzemarket trends and competitive landscape to identify pricing opportunities andcollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pricing initiatives. Yourstrong analytical skills and strategic thinking will be essential in drivingpricing strategies and achieving results.
In this role, you will impact the profitability of the business bysystematically employing key pricing levers. Your expertise in analyzing markettrends and competitive landscape will enable the organization to make informedpricing decisions, stay competitive, and capture market opportunities. Bycollaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive pricing initiativesand achieve business objectives, fostering alignment and maximizing the impactof pricing strategies across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement pricing strategies tooptimize profitability
• Analyze market trends and competitivelandscape to identify pricing opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams todrive pricing initiatives and achieve business objectives
• Monitor and evaluate pricing performance andmake recommendations for improvement
• Manage the pricing deal desk team and policies
• Support the creation, automation and maintenance ofselect non-pricing dashboards and analytics

YOU MUST HAVE
• Minimum of 5 years of experience inpricing or related business intelligence field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent leadership and team managementabilities
• Proven track record of driving pricingstrategies and achieving results
• Ability to effectively communicate andinfluence stakeholders at all levels
