We are currently seeking a Service & Repair Technician to join our AERO team in our Gul Circle office. Reporting to the Production Scheduling Supervisor your focus will be Integrate innovative mechanical solutions across Honeywell. You will participate and engage in multi-disciplined preventative maintenance focused projects that support the organization's business strategies. You will have a direct impact on business unit, function, and overall site success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage receiving area and perform receiving inspection to confirm compliance to requirements.
• Liaise with suppliers and internal planners on rejects and priorities of receipt inspection
• Perform stores receipt as required when need arises
• Manage shelf life item program, issue of shelf life sticker, check for product compliance and issue shelf life due notices to shop team leads
• Perform internal audits as assigned
• Manage non reparable parts area that is assigned to receiving inspection
• Perform scrap approvals with Honeywell International Sarl
• Backup for calibration inspector

MUST HAVE:

• Academic background: minimum NTC/NITEC, GCE 'O' Levels and above
• 2 years of experience in Aerospace/ Aviation industry, with proven experience in Receiving Inspection and Quality Auditing.
• Ability to communicate well in English (reading, writing, oral)
• Competent in use of computer, e.g MS Office (Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint) and access data base.
• A team player and work well with stores personnel and materials planner
• Able to exhibit leadership in receiving functions

WE VALUE:

• Have the drive and enthusiasm to improve and be qualified as an ARC signatory and willing to perform OJT in other job functions that is assigned.
• CAAS L11 or L12 paper and ISO auditor preferred.
