KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and manage a team to achieve operational excellence
• Manage main productivity KPI's (OTTR and OTFP among others)
• Set performance goals and provide coaching and feedback to team members
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction

YOU MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Previous experience in a leadership role (at least 1 year).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to drive operational excellence and achieve results
• English: intermediate level
• Excel and Office knowledge

• Six Sigma or Lean certification
• Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies (5 s's)
