We have an opportunity for a BMS Technician to join our HBT team in Bucharest.

BMS Technician Responsibilities:

• full on-site management of construction sites, and related organizational tasks
• working closely with the project manager to ensure the efficiency of day-to-day work
• on-site supervision of work processes according to the schedule
• managing and assessing the performance of subcontractors
• follow-up of certificates of completion
• maintaining constant contact with the client
• documenting activities carried out on the construction site

Qualifications:

• Experience in Coordinate the Sub-contractors or Contractors on Site
• Electrical and LV cabling and installation experience
• Works management
• Supervising subcontractors
• Working closely with the project manager to ensure the efficiency of day-to-day work
• MS Office programs
• High degree of accuracy, reliability
• Good communication skills
• Basic knowledge of English
