Senior Finance Manager

We have an opportunity for a Senior Finance Manager to join us at Honeywell, in Stara Tura, where you will be responsible for the strategic management of resources needed to support and deliver business results and for the strategic management of financial agenda defined by Honeywell policy.

Key requirements

• Managing of the overall activity of financial department and the purposeful performance of assigned tasks, leading a small team (3 employees)

• Support to Site leader - being daily in contact with Site leader and performing KPIs analysis in order to support him in the decision-making process. We expect the role of Fin manager will be combined with the role and responsibilities of the Procurist

• Cooperate effectively with other departments of the company - meaning cross functional efforts with planning, operations, quality, inventory

• Full Profit & Loss management and explanation of results, variances

• Reducing non-productive costs, driving cost actions and YoY productivity

• Closing and forecasting activities, monthly P&L and Balance Sheet closing and reporting , including detailed explanation of variances of main KPIs.

• Weekly reporting of forecast being able to link operational dynamics to financials

Key skills and qualifications

• Secondary education or University Degree in Economics, Finances

• Proven experience in similar role, leading a team

• Fluency in English

• Advanced user of MS Office, particularly MS Excel

• Advanced user of SAP

• Monthly gross salary from 5500€, final salary offer depends on your experience and requirements + management bonus 15% + car cash allowance
