Senior Treasury Analyst

We are an opportunity for a Senior Treasury Analyst to join us at Honeywell, in Dublin, where you will be responsible for the execution of the front office treasury related activity within the in-house bank which will include FX risk management, EUR commercial paper program, placing investments and managing intercompany loan book, cash pooling structures, maintaining relationships with our banking and investment partners, counterparty risk management, audit and internal Stakeholder management. In addition, you will be involved in our EUR Commercial Paper program as well as maintaining our accounting and other system interfaces. The role will report into the InHouse Bank Treasury Manager. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

This is a hands-on role with lots of potential to grow and develop your treasury skills. The successful candidate will have the potential to gain exposure to a wide variety of Treasury activities and progress their Treasury career. Utilising your Treasury experience you will work closely with senior management to ensure we are developing a best-in-class Treasury Management system and function.

Key requirements

• Execution of the front office treasury related activity within the in-house bank which will include FX risk management, EUR commercial paper program, placing investments and managing intercompany loan book, cash pooling structures.

• maintaining relationships with our banking and investment partners, counterparty risk management, audit, and internal Stakeholder management

• Involved in our EUR Commercial Paper program as well as maintaining our accounting and other system interfaces.

• Work closely with key Stakeholders on system integration and data integrity, along with playing a central role in the month end process.

• Work closely with Senior Management in key treasury related projects, ensuring we leverage the latest and greatest technology trends.

Key skills and qualifications

• 5-7 years work experience in treasury, banking or finance related role
• Prior experience working with a TMS & ERP system is essential. Experience with FIS Quantum is preferable.
• FX dealing both through FX dealing platforms and voice trading
• Demonstrate experience in non-standard hedging strategies
• Experience working in a regulated environment with a strong controls and compliance mindset, particularly Sox controls and audit
• Counterparty risk management
• Strong investment knowledge, particularly with MMFs and time deposits
• Key Stakeholder management - banks, investment partners as well as internal tax and accounting
• Act with Urgency, think on their feet and can prioritize tasks
• Challenges the status quo and work with Stakeholders to drive continuous improvement

• Have a passion for technology and is up to speed with the latest trends and advancements

• English proficiency, additional languages are a plus
• Proven track record of delivering results in a challenging and changing environment
• Ability to work with regional and global partners, and influence and lead people across culture and senior level
• High level of integrity
