Learn more about our HCE vision In this role you will join a growing Product Security team and will be empowered to build and mature Honeywell Connected Enterprise Cloud Security Strategy to build best in class cloud platform on which the future SaaS based products of Honeywell will be built on. You will be sufficiently hands-on to validate solutions built by SRE and Engineering teams to ensure they are built securely
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Responsible for security of multiple On-Prem & AWS Cloud products deployed across the globe as SaaS & in Managed Services environments
• Drive best in class security best practices by designing solutions & create value which match product requirements
• Daily interact with multiple CTOs and engineering teams to ensure products are being designed and developed securely and influence them to not allow security debt to be created
• Drive burndown charts and manage exceptions actively by prioritizing risk reduction on vulnerabilities which matter most
• Partner with Product Security Leader, DevOps and Chief Architect to drive cloud application security principles based on Zero Trust Cloud Security Strategy
• Understand HCE's products and how the customers use those products to ensure that products are built with security by design and by default.
• Assess current cloud state, identify gaps from the Zero Trust state and develop a roadmap in close partnership with CTOs, DevOps & Security Architects to incrementally bring cloud to strategic standards
• Be a technical & hands-on leader to be a coach to Security Architects, DevOps Architects and Software Architects to grow their cloud security skills
• Lead and coordinate the technical and business discussions relative to future architectural direction across multiple teams or complex product line(s).
• Hire the best and manage a team of security architects around the world
• Work on functional area in sufficient detail for cross-functional teams to utilize, using presentation and storytelling concepts
• Lead and coordinate local cross-functional activities to support incident response
• Build great talent by inclusivity, learning and inspiring others to build a world class product security team
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
• 15+ years in software development or product security experience is a must
• 5+ Years of AWS Cloud Security or 7+ years of managing development of cloud solutions is a must
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to facilitate diverse groups, help negotiate priorities, and resolve conflicts among project stakeholders
• Ability to consult customer on alignment of outcomes and desired technical solutions at an enterprise level
• Adept at navigating the organizational matrix; understanding people's roles, can foresee obstacles, identify workarounds, leverage resources and rally teammates
• Able to articulate the value of what is most important to the business/customer to achieve outcomes
• Understanding of Zero Trust Architecture principles
• Experience in Infrastructure as Code - must have architected a cloud before
• Any cloud certification from AWS, GCP or Azure would be preferred

• Ability to travel worldwide up to 25%
