Account Manager - UOP
Manage all aspects of engagements with existing and new customersfor our UOP organization.
You will Join the business team to molecular sieve businessactivities, and build relationships and understand customer business in orderto provide appropriate products or solutions.
You will define sales and growth strategy toward key customerswhile aligning with critical sales business objectives.
You will identify opportunities and build credibility withcustomers Utilize your product knowledge to deliver the value proposition tothe customers.
You will ensure the flow of information into R&D on technicalmarket developments, product developments.

2. Manage and Plan Accounts
3. Negotiate and Close
4. Articulate and Deliver Value Proposition
5. Manage Momentum Through the Sales Cycle
6. Establish Rapport with Customers
YOU MUST HAVE
1. Minimum 4 years ofexperience in catalyst & adsorbent industry,
2. Understand catalyst& adsorbent technology and familiar with adsorbentapplication design especially on field judgment.
3. Understand how tofigure out customer molecular sieve issue in term of R&P, air separationand manufacturing industries.
4. Sociable,communicative, reliable and team player.
5. Bachelor's degree, orequivalent.

2.Familiar with adsorbent application design especially on field judgment.
3.Excellent communication skills
4.Ability to influence at varying levels across the organization
