As a Customer Experience Supervisor at Honeywell, in Katowice, you will be responsible for leading a team from the Customer Experience Hub ensuring that the services are delivered according to the initiatives and priorities of the operational support business team mandate. Key areas: Maintaining a partnership with leading teams in the European countries relevant to the Center, aligning Center teams with behavior, standards, and results (by conducting projects in the field of standardization and improvement involving more teams), fulfilling a mentor role for HUB staff Pre-order entry. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Key responsibilities
  • Team organization, individual and team performance
  • Building and maintaining partnership with stakeholders
  • Management Operating System and Continuous improvement
  • Working relationships - internally, in Honeywell and externally, with customers, suppliers, authorities etc.

Key requirements
  • University degree (or equivalent experience)
  • Business fluent in written and spoken English, German language is a great plus
  • 3+ years Customer Support and/or equivalent OTC related experience and 1-2 years in Supervisor position
  • Strong knowledge/experience with CRM/ERP system business processes
  • High level of MS office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint)
