Job Description:
- Understand/Review Product requirements, ensure completion of deployment and use case scenarios and testability aspects of the product/solution.
- Support the Test Strategy, Test Design and Test Execution of Solutions/Product - end to end test activities of the project.
- Exposure to full life cycle process of product development, test management, after-release support
- To work with global team of engineering and field personnel for issues reproduction- validation of fixes
Essential Skills:
- Shouldhave been involved in testing/ commissioning of Industrial automation products/solutions.
- Exposureto test methodologies, techniques, approaches and related lifecycle managementtools
- Testautomation experience, Scripting knowledge on Python would be required.
- Troubleshootingof issues related to Installation/Configuration/Calibration/Compatibility inWindows/ Linux environments.
- Understandingof mobile communication technologies like GSM, CDMA, messaging services likeBlue-tooth, Wi-Fi
- Deployment/hands-onexperience with solutions which have hardware interactions.
Soft Skills:
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to assert oneself.
- Flexibility to work with global teams across time zones as per business urgency.
- Work in a trans-cultural environment and adhere to a team culture.
- Willingness to travel for customer problem solving.
YOU MUST HAVE
- BE/B.Tech (Electrical, Mechanical, Electronics, Instrumentation/Industrial Automation/Computer Science) or equivalent degree.
- Overall 5-7 years of relevant industryexperience in Verification-Validation/commissioning/ architecting solutions ofEnterprise/AIDC related printers (Industrial, Desktop, Mobile, RFID, Thermal),Printer drivers, Command Languages & labeling software.
