About the Job

As Rotating Equipment Engineer, you are in charge to manage technically, packages such Process gas Compressor, Turbo-Generator, pumps for Process fluid or utilities, Emergency diesel Generator, Turbo expander.....

Part of equipment department within the onshore-offshore engineering division, you are mainly in charge of:

Issue of technical specification and requisitions for inquiry and for purchase,

Technical bid evaluations of vendor bid,

Vendor technical follow-up,

Review and comments of vendor drawings for the following main packages

Attend equipment performance test at vendor workshop.

You are working in close collaboration with other services (Installation, Process, Electricity, Instrumentation, etc ... but also Purchasing, Expediting, Inspection) to centralize requests, clarify needs, analyze suppliers' specific deviations and solve technical problems.

About You

You are graduate Mechanical Engineer, you have a minimum of 3 to 5 years experience in Equipment within oil & gas or industrial field

Organized, good communication, decision making, execution oriented will be the strengths needed to succeed in this position. Moreover, you will be able to adapt and evolve with ease to various key actors in project with different cultures.

You speak fluent English and are mobile for trips in France and abroad.

Mastering API Codes & Standards related to rotating machineries would be a plus.
