Customer Experience Professional

Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Professional at Honeywell, in Bucharest, you will be responsible to ensure the successful fulfilment of all requests regarding the order processing and purchasing activities within the GCC department. Adherence to standard procedures and checks in daily activity to provide excellent customer experience. Hybrid working 3 days from office and 2 days from Home.

Key requirements
  • Provides support to the teams in the administrative office and represents the additional interface with internal clients, but also with external ones, when necessary
  • Works as part of the team, involved in processes, from one end to the other, and contributes to the team's results
  • Successful, timely accounting and lifecycle maintenance of all orders / contracts / projects in the Honeywell systems
  • Opportunities management
  • Ensure accurate and timely key execution and invoicing (coordination)
  • Supporting for credit requests / documents
  • Maintaining concise and clear communication with the local sales, operations and local assistance departmente (Regional administrators)
  • Perform Root Cause analysis in order to avoid recurrence of incidents and close any open
  • Track the delivery stage of an order and inform the customers on the delivery details
  • Organize recurring meetings with business partners to discuss compliance issues and provide an up-to-date situation on the operational process

Key skills and qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Preferred minimum 3-year experience in the Customer Services field, preferably with expertise in SAP
  • Experience working in a multidisciplinary team
  • Ability to work well under pressure, work on multiple tasks simultaneously and address all aspects of customers' problems/needs/requests
  • Has self-confidence and ability to make good decisions
  • Interpersonal skills
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Any other European language skill is a plus (French, Italian, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, German)
