Advanced Data Analyst
We are an opportunity for an Advanced Data Analyst to join us at Honeywell, in Dublin, where you will be managing the data analytics processes for various Legal and Sourcing initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify standards, develop robust analytics frameworks, and provide dashboards to track sourcing and legal metrics. Your role will have a direct impact on bringing visibility to the teams for opportunity identification, problem solving and driving results in sourcing and legal processes. This is a hybrid role, 3 + 2 days model.

Duties
• Manage all data analytics creation and maintenance for Sourcing & Legal in alignment with department strategies.
• Define and develop data standards, design, and deliver solutions using various tools (i.e. Snowflake, Salesforce, Power BI, Power Automate)
• Work with cross functional stakeholders on functional and technical solutions
• Create and maintain robust analytics framework for sourcing and legal metrics to develop user-friendly data visualization products that drive performance and Key performance indicators management.
• Translate business standards/ problem statements into solutions.
Key skills and qualifications
• Studied Science in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Technology, Finance, Data, or related field
• Demonstrated business acumen, with ability to draw clear connections between data modeling activities and business opportunities.
• Sourcing, Procurement, or legal functional knowledge.
• Working with globally located teams

- Knowledge in Data Analytics roles
- Good comprehension of SQL (Snowflake database preferred but not required).
- Strong knowledge in Excel and Power BI with history of learning new tools.
- Ability to work with stakeholders and convert functional standards in technical design with minimal supervision.
• Demonstrated business acumen, with ability to draw clear connections between data modeling activities and business opportunities.
• Sourcing, Procurement, or legal functional knowledge.
• Working with globally located teams
