Develop and execute account plans for growth. Set and achieve sales targets with structured follow-up. Provide profitable solutions aligned with client needs. Monitor competitors and take appropriate action. Optimize marketing and sales processes.

Your role and responsibilities

Qualifications for the role
- Possess a higher technical education, preferably in electrical or energy engineering.
- Bring several years of experience in a technical role within the Energy sector.
- Have a solid track record of commercial success in field sales, ideally in the electro-technical industry.
- Demonstrate a blend of strong commercial acumen and results-driven approach, coupled with excellent relationship-building skills.
- Exhibit enthusiasm, resilience under pressure, and a collaborative spirit.
- Proficient in Dutch, French, and English, both spoken and written.
