Your role and responsibilities
Identify and define cyber security upgrade packages to enhance adherence to the IEC62443 standard for the overall product portfolio Develop and implement robust cybersecurity strategies, policies, and procedures to safeguard our systems and networks against evolving cyber threats and vulnerabilities Conduct comprehensive security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability scans, enhancing compliance with the IEC62443 standard and industry-specific regulations Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain security solutions (i.e. encryption protocols) Stay updated with emerging threats, security technologies, and best practices, evaluating and recommending innovative solutions to enhance our security posture Provide guidance and support for security awareness programs, training employees on cybersecurity best practices, and fostering a culture of proactive security within the organization

Qualifications for the role
- University degree in IT or equivalent education with at least 2 years of IT experience
- Proficient in English (B1 level and above)
- Basic knowledge of computer networks - configuration of network elements
- Interest in PC hardware and networks in general
- Proactive, communicative, and able to work independently
- Willingness to educate oneself in the field of IT and cyber security, staying updated on the latest trends, and working with the latest systems and technologies in the field
