We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Architecture Manager to work on a major development, a giga project located in the northeastern part of the Red Sea. The successful candidate will play a key role in leading the architectural design management aspect of integrated projects for our esteemed client and oversee a team of talented architects and designers, ensuring the successful execution of projects from conceptualization to completion while maintaining the highest standards of design quality, functionality, and client satisfaction.
Key components of the project scope include the development of luxury hospitality & high-end residential assets, infrastructure, commercial spaces, and recreational facilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Design Excellence:
- Oversee the architectural design process, ensuring the development of innovative, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing design solutions that meet client objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Champion design excellence and creativity, fostering a design-driven culture within the organization and promoting the integration of architectural design with engineering disciplines.
Project Leadership:
- Lead the architectural design management aspects of integrated projects, ensuring alignment with client requirements, project objectives, and industry standards.
- Provide strategic direction and technical expertise to project teams, guiding them through all phases of project lifecycle, including conceptual design, schematic design, design development, and construction documentation.
Team Management:
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of engineers, designers, and technical specialists, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Delegate responsibilities, assign tasks, and provide ongoing feedback and support to team members, ensuring their professional growth and career development.
Client Engagement:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients on architectural design-related matters, building strong relationships based on trust, communication, and collaboration.
- Understand client needs, preferences, and project requirements, and proactively address any concerns or challenges to ensure client satisfaction and project success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution.
- Professional architect licensure or registration (RA, ARB, etc.) preferred.
- 20+ years of experience in design management roles within the consulting engineering industry.
- Strong technical expertise in engineering disciplines and experience across art/culture; high end residentials & mansions, entertainment & leisure, healthclub and hotels, F&B and retail, recreational.
- Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex architectural projects, preferably in multiple sectors.
- Strong design portfolio showcasing innovative and sustainable design solutions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve design excellence.
- Proficiency in architectural design software and tools, as well as knowledge of building codes and regulations.
