The newly formed Financial Steering and Analytics (FSA) Department at Customer Solutions Italy is seeking an Analyst to join the team.

Responsibilities:

• The Analyst will perform the steering activities in the FSA department for Customer Solutions Italy, to promote through digitalization Business Performance, Data-driven decisions and Flexibility. Specifically, he/she will:
• support the introduction of the E.ON Business System (EBS) in the Italian Finance organization.
• Support the preparation of the new Italian Performance Dialogue KPIs.
• Automatize the Dashboards for the Italian Executive Committee starting with the Italian Performance Dialogue.
• Support and promote the automatization of the Dashboards for the Finance teams.
• Push the digitalization in the Italian Finance area adopting the best digital practice and tools (Predictive Analytics, SAP Analytic Cloud, Chat CPT, GenAI, ...) in coordination with the Group Finance Digital.
• Implement the improvements/changes needed on the energy risk modelling/reporting in coordination with the Italian Risk Management and the Group Market Risk dpt.

The Resource will report to the Financial Steering and Analytics Manager.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have:

• Successfully completed academic studies in the field of business administration, ideally with a focus on controlling/accounting/finance.
• Comprehensive work experience in definition and implementation of dashboarding, process automation, digital best practice (1-2 years), in finance area and or energy sector is a plus.
• Knowledge and experience with the usage of the main programming and data visualization software (Power BI, Python, SQL, WordPress).
• A highly reliable character, taking ownership and showing a strong commitment to excellence, including attention to detail and accuracy.
• Analytical thinking skills with good communication and interpersonal skills, able to succeed in a team of motivated and talented individuals.
• Strong organizational skills with a proven ability to perform under time pressure and to juggle competing deadlines.
• Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office package (Excel, Access, Power Point).
• Fluency in English in written and spoken is a must, other languages are a plus.
