- Work across multiple business systems to develop consistent and translatable standard methodologies for Materials Management, Master Planner/Scheduler, and Materials Resource Planner functions.
- Engage directly with key planning leadership and materials teams within the Americas factories to train on best practices and ensure compliance with standard processes.
- Provide leadership and spearhead the data migrations across ERPs during product line transitions and factory moves/consolidations or acquisitions.
- Manage the planning aspects of product migrations from new product/design phase to full release.
- Drive inventory management through hard-working forecasting as part of the regional Americas SIOP process.
- Support development and implementation of improved tools and systems to assist in predictive analytics.
- Periodic travel to the Americas factories within the US, Canada, Mexico, and Brazil. Travel can increase during product or site transitions.

For This Role, You Will Need:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, engineering, or similar.
- Planning experience and previous planning management experience.
- Ability and willingness to travel internationally.
- Fluent English
- Demonstrated problem solving and analytical capabilities.
- Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation ability.
- Ability to lead and work within teams in a matrixed environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
- Conversational or better Spanish.
- Specific ERP experience in Oracle, SAP, and Baan.
