What You Can Expect
As our Project Coordinator Analyst, at Georgetown University, in Washington, DC, you will be responsible for assisting project managers in the coordination of all activities related to the Capital Projects program from ideation stage to project completion such as but not limited to the scheduling of stakeholder meeting, site audits and outages.
Every day you will analyze current and future Georgetown University projects to prevent potential conflicts or create synergies with ENGIE's projects, and support outage and excavation permit requests in a manner to minimize disruptions to campus operations. You will be reporting to the Director of Capital Projects.

Hourly Range: $25.91 to $ $48.10 USD hourly
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.

As our Project Coordinator Analyst, at Georgetown University, in Washington, DC, you will be responsible for assisting project managers in the coordination of all activities related to the Capital Projects program from ideation stage to project completion such as but not limited to the scheduling of stakeholder meeting, site audits and outages.

You will be reporting to the Director of Capital Projects.
What You'll Bring
- You have a Bachelor of Science in engineering, construction management or similar degree in a relevant area
- You have a minimum of two (2) years equivalent work history in resource and stakeholder management activities in a technical environment; in lieu of degree
- You possess knowledge of domestic water, steam, hot water, chilled water, and electric utilities
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office Applications (Excel, Word, Outlook), SharePoint, and MS Project, Procore
- You have knowledge of modern management tools in continuous improvement
- You are responsible for scheduling audit, design, pre-construction, and construction meetings across the Capital Projects program and ensure that buildings are logically grouped to efficiently manage ENGIE, ESCO, contractor and university's time
- You will maintain and revise as necessary the process and reporting templates for all project phases
- You will perform regular site visits to ensure ESCO and Contractor work complies with ENGIE standards
- You will coordinate all activities between ENGIE, Energy Service Company (ESCO), Contractor and Georgetown University related the execution of assigned projects
- You will carry out other duties as assigned
Additional Details
- This role requires attendance at a worksite on a daily basis;
- Must possess a valid U.S. driver's license/could drive company vehicle on campus
- Must be willing and able to comply with all ENGIE ethics and safety policies;
- This position consist of 70% of outdoor work, while performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to weather conditions
- Ability to meet highest attendance requirements
- Ability to use computer, calculator
- Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbally
- Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
