Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a HSSE Officer located in Athens. The HSSE Officer, reporting directly to the HSSE Manager, will be responsible for activities extend to the management of projects in the energy sector.

Activities

Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HSSE policies, procedures, and programs specific to renewable energy projects.
• Conduct risk assessments, safety audits, and security evaluations.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Provide safety training and awareness programs for employees and contractors.
• Monitor safety performance metrics and recommend improvements.

Candidate Profile

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering field.
• 1-3 years of experience in HSSE
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English language
• Critical thinking, attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information
• Self-motivated
