Systems Technical Contract Lead

The Systems Technical Lead will oversee the technical aspects of LRT systems commercial contracts. This role involves managing the design, implementation, and maintenance of LRT systems, ensuring they meet contractual requirements and industry standards.

Your role within the team:

• Project Management: Lead and manage LRT systems projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Technical Oversight: Provide technical direction and oversight for the design, development, and implementation of LRT systems, including traction power, signaling, and communication systems.
• Stakeholder Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met and issues are resolved promptly.
• Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain high standards of quality for all technical deliverables, conducting regular reviews and audits.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications, progress reports, and compliance records.
• Team Leadership: Mentor and guide technical team members, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

The ideal candidate:

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in LRT systems, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
• Proficiency in LRT systems design and implementation, including traction power, signaling, and communication systems.
• Strong project management skills with experience in managing large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering practical and innovative solutions.
• Professional Engineering (PE) license or equivalent certification.
• Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in LRT systems and public transportation.
