About the Job
We are currently seeking an Oracle HCM Cloud Functional for Recruitment Module to join our team based at Noida.
Responsibilities
Support in BAU activities for Recruitment module eg Implementing Quarterly patching, Enhancements etc.
Implement new ORC functionalities and Improvements
Conduct Demos, Trainings/awareness sessions
Ensure deadlines are met and key deliverables are always accurate
Help/guide team resolving the issues
Support for Talent Management
About you
• 6-8 years of total experience in Oracle HCM Talent Management and Talent Acquisition (Recruiting).
• Expert in implementation and Support (Business as Usual) and having experience of requirements gathering, design, build, go-live, testing of Oracle HCM Cloud.
• Good to have Security configuration understanding
• Good business acumen and self-motivated individual
• Zero Defect mindset with attention to details
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude to support a constructive working environment
