Interested in joining a long-term HDD (Horizontal Direct Drilling) project? Are you a qualified and passionate professional in the field? We are looking for an HDD Rig Operator to operate our client ' s latest technologies in Belgium and Germany!

Function description

As an HDD Rig Operator you will drive our client ' s brand new HK45 compact rigs. Your main tasks will be:

• Operate and maintain the HK45 compact rigs,
• Ensure the drilling installations are in good conditions and run smoothly,
• Perform regular inspections of the equipment,
• Assist with the set-up and breakdown of drilling equipment,
• Coordinate the excavation process and report to the site engineer,
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.

Requirements

For this job, you need to have:

• Right to work in the European Union (mandatory),
• Proficiency in English (minimum B2) (mandatory),
• Relevant experience in a similar role within the construction or tunnelling sector,
• Knowledge of HDD drilling techniques and equipment,
• Valid DVGW Certificate, VCA certificate or any safety ticket.
