Location: Middlesbrough

Duties included within this role, but not limited to the following (Additional tasks may be given to the Instrument supervisor at the discretion of the Delivery lead or Site
manager, if deemed appropriate)
Support setting the styles and standards for the delivery of HSE Performance excellence
Lead by example and participation in Safety Cross ownership / Safe Cards / Supervisor inspections
Responsible for putting team to work following the "Put To Work Process" - Permit, Risk Assessment, PASTA Card (Any additional task specific requirements)
Complete relevant specific risk assessments and review and participate in Team PASTA card reviews
Support the leadership team in the attainment of KPI performance within target parameters - Safety, Cost Certainty (Target Cost) & Quality
Serve as a focal point for day to day activities
Closely interfacing with key client stakeholders to ensure delivery against the schedule
Ensure the workforce is adequately briefed with regards to work scope, procedures and practices
Highlighting and reporting any issues that affect schedule delivery on a daily basis
Managing any change to delivery schedule - CVI's to be raised and monitored in a timely manner (5 Days Maximum)
Ensuring robust forward organisation of permitary, materials and manpower to eliminate non-productive time
Monitoring and driving productive levels without any detriment to any health and safety requirements
Drive the use of alternative access in order to improve productivity and minimise and manual handling risk
Ensure correct materials and equipment are available for the work scope and project
Control project delivery scope and accurately report on a weekly basis
Work delivery control via Maintenance, projects & Shutdowns
Fully scope delivery including ITR / Test sheet completion & review from technicians
Completion of quality checks from teams installation, including Completion pack reviews, punch listing, ITR's & relevant
Demonstrate a pro-active approach to the role through the identification of improvement opportunities.

Experience:
- Experience of work on top tier COMAH sites
- Electrical installation
- Line Management experience
Qualifications
- CCNSG Site safety passport (required)
- Instrument apprenticeship and City and Guilds / HNC or higher in Instrumentation
engineering (required) - CompEx EX01-04 (Desirable)
- Supervisory management training (Required)
- IOSH or NEBOSH (Desirable)
