The Role: IT Business Support Intern

Location: Osaka, Yodoyabashi (must be able to commute to the office)

You will assist business with tools for automating processes (such as Power Automate) for internal use and business proposals.
Enhance digital capability by driving the use of digital tools (Chat GPT, etc.) within the Schneider.
Understand business needs and improve operations using digital technology

• Gathering and analyzing business requirements for problems in the front office (e.g. sales and service) and back office (e.g. development, supply chain, internal IT).
• Create tool mock-ups (in collaboration with interns from outside Japan)
• Assist in running improvement groups
• Provide support to overseas teams in the development and operation of business applications

Qualification:

• Interest/experience of automation tool such as RPA, AI
• Basic knowledge of IT and web technologies and interest in supporting business operations with IT
• The ability to understand the needs of others in Japanese, to visualize and explain them in presentations
• Teamwork, Active learning for job related skills
• Communication in English

Terms:

• ￥1,200 per hour
• 15~20 hours per week (2~3 days a week)
• Duration at least 3 months (contract renewable)
